Four-Week Skill Building Programs

Within these winter programs you will learn tools that will help you to manage and work through everyday stresses, reach your goals, feel a sense of sustained calm, and foster success + happiness in your life. Each program breaks down into four weekly 90-minute sessions. The following is a list of tools that are shared and explored:
