Integrative Embodiment 

In this 90 minute experiential class you will move through the seven segments of the body (including the legs, pelvis, abdominal cavity, thoracic cavity, neck, head + face) with intentional mindbody exercises and Core Energetics hands-on assists designed to shift you out of your head and into a deeper connection with your body.

 

Selected somatic-based exercises and optional assists will open energetic and physical blocks encouraging your life force to move in a full, free-flowing, unobstructed pattern, supporting the health and vitality of your whole body. This integrated embodiment practice supports mental and emotional wellness because it teaches present moment awareness and grounding skills but also provides an opportunity for you to gain a better sense of yourSelf increasing consciousness, clarity and empowerment.
